I recently had the opportunity to design some parts to be 3D printed. I sent over my designs and talked with Andrew about what the parts intended function are. He guided me through the proper material and printing method to be used.

I've been looking for a large scale 3-D printer for a work project.  I work at a zoo and botanical garden, so I'm no expert in the field of 3-D printing.  ChatGPT recommended eight large scale 3-D printing companies in the US to help with our project.  Only one of them seemed to care about our project: Andrew LaPlant at RapidMade. We previously worked with a few larger prototyping companies and communication was slow and frustrating. We are very happy with how fast and helpful Andrew has been, and we are genuinely impressed with the surface finish RapidMade can achieve with 3D printed part.
