In 2017, we were the first in the North West region to invest in high speed 3D printing capabilities taking our first step on the Digital Manufacturing 2.0 journey and allowing us to take on even more large-scale projects. In 2023, we moved into a new state of the art 30,000 square foot facility that realizes our vision to offer advanced materials, digital manufacturing and flexible automation technology development for our customers.

Mark is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience leading small and large corporations in the U.S. and Europe. His background includes operations, technology, product development, product management, sales and distribution. Mark’s familiarity with discrete and continuous manufacturing as well as his expertise establishing and managing near-shore and offshore manufacturing supply chains lends RapidMade’s SMBE Fortune 500 talent

Renee Eaton

CFO

Renee Eaton has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing operations, human resources, project management and process improvement. In addition to earning her MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, she worked for almost two decades at Nabisco, where she held various management and operational roles and led significant changes in the business. After working in the industry, Renee taught at the University of Portland’s Pamplin Business School for 8 years.

Micah Chaban

VP of Sales & Marketing

A graduate of the University of Oregon, Micah combines extensive experience in supply-chain management with an expert understanding of additive and traditional manufacturing. He personally established our robust supply chain, built company sales and marketing channels, and help lay the foundation for the environment of nimble innovation at RapidMade. He is obsessed with customer experience and positioning RapidMade to provide the best value in the quick turn manufacturing marketplace.

Lizz Hampton

Director of Operations

Since graduating from the University of Oregon with a degree in Business and Product Design, she has held multiple patents and trademarks, owned her own businesses and is now a seasoned Operations Manager. With more than 13 years of industry experience, she is committed to developing her team to produce complex parts that others find too difficult. She focuses on lean manufacturing practices to ensure that her team produces the highest quality in the shortest lead time.
