After receiving her MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Renee taught at the University of Portland, Pamplin Business School for 7 years. Her vision in venturing into her own business stems from her vision, "We believe we have a responsibility to make products sustainably. Additive manufacturing allows us to reduce production waste, prevent premature obsolescence, and manufacture parts and components locally. This approach ensures that we create value that remains in our community." Renee Eaton has over 25 years experience in manufacturing operations, organizational development, project management, group facilitation, process improvement, and labor relations. She worked for Nabisco where she held various management and operational roles, leading significant changes in the business.

Erin has a combination of twenty years of marketing, product development, and B2B sales experience within the large manufacturing and small business environments. Her MBA in Sustainable Business delivers in-depth knowledge on emergent markets and trends. Erin's flexibility in the markets delivers innovative product development, marketing, sales, and emerging sustainable market development expertise to the RapidMade™ team.

Matt has over 20 years in electrical engineering and industrial management experience. His track record in small business development and process improvement add discipline and robust quality assurance to RapidMade™. Matt's diverse exposure to various manufacuturing environments lend to his continuous improvement motto: "Make it better, faster, and at a profit."

Mickey's experience in supply chain management compliments his background in international relations and translates into nimble innovation. His ability to quickly establish effective supply chains, manufacturing bases, develop distribution channels, and manage logistics are advantages all RapidMade™ clients value.

David completed his undergraduate work at Oregon State University, graduating with an Honors BS in mechanical engineering as well as a MS in the same field from the University of Washington. David strongly believes that design is fundamentally a creative process and he bring his love of creation and problem solving to bear on tasks of every size.

Kris graduated from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor's of Applied Arts in Entrepreneurial Business. His background is varied but the vast majority of his work experience is in sales where his ability to create and sustain long lasting relationships has been an integral part of his success.

Mark is an experienced executive with 20 years experience in leading small and large corporations in the USA and Europe. His background includes operations, technology, product development, product management, sales, and distribution. Mark's familiarity with discrete and continuous manufacturing as well as his expertise establishing and managing near shore and offshore manufacturing supply chains lends RapidMade™'s SMBE, Fortune 500 talent.

Marc is a retired engineer with over 30 years engineering and program management experience. As a senior member of the technical staff of a large global hi-tech firm, Marc developed new products, manufacturing processes, and tooling as well as authoring 15 patents. His experience includes low volume/proto typing processes and hi-volume manufacturing processes as well as leading global teams in developing multi-million dollar programs.

Carol is a degreed accountant with over 25 years of professional experience in a broad range of industries, including 14 years in a manufacturing environment. Her experience includes Fortune 500 companies and her skills include SOX and ERP expertise.
